FAR has space for any private event, whether it’s your sister’s baby shower, your company’s holiday, your high school’s 50th reunion or anything in between. Additionally, our space is ideal for public events such as live music and dance performances, film screenings, educational workshops, etc. FAR’s modern spaces and thoughtful amenities open up a world of possibilities for your event and its guests.

FAR has four functional spaces, connected by an open atrium, bar, and kitchenette. Our theater accommodates up to 200 guests, with a mounted projector and two 12-foot glass garage doors that open to 4th street. Rent the garden for extra outdoor space, the gallery for mingling, and the library for smaller meetings or work sessions.
Located on the west end of the downtown Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District, Fourth and Rogers is walkable to bars, restaurants, and hotels, so your out-of-town guests won’t have to worry about driving, parking, or Ubering in an unfamiliar city.
Share the story of FAR with your guests: built in 1925 as a neighborhood grocery store, Fourth and Rogers has been completely repurposed for the Bloomington arts community. We rent the space for private events and weddings to financially support arts programming throughout the year.
