Join us for the Gallery Walk Opening Reception of the series Vanishing Points by Michael Sherwin in Pictura Gallery, this Friday! The photographer will be present and will be giving an artist talk at 7:15pm.

There will be beer and wine will be for sale at our cash bar, and Maíz Comida Colombiana will be selling their delicious empanadas.

About the work

In his project Vanishing Points, Michael Sherwin locates and photographs significant sites of indigenous American presence, including sacred landforms, earthworks, documented archaeological sites and contested battlegrounds. He explores these landscapes as a place where two cultures converge.
