Kids Embroidery Workshop
with embroidery artist and educator Ileana Haberman

FAR Center for Contemporary Arts
Children ages 5+ are invited to bring a small drawing (or do a quick sketch) that will be transferred to fabric. During the workshop, they will learn how to stitch their designs on a four inch embroidery hoop that they can take home. No experience needed.
Space is limited so that we can distance workstations and masks will be required.

16mm Filmmaking Workshop
Participants will learn the fundamentals of celluloid filmmakingand how to use the all-analogue Sekonic light meter and iconic Bolex H16 filmcamera. Then, in small groups they will plan and shoot a film.
