Join us for the FAR Photo Review Group Exhibition opening reception in the 505 Theater! This free exhibit showcases work by 15 members of the monthly FAR Photo Review. There will be beer and wine for sale, as well as empanadas from Maíz Comida Colombiana.
The FAR Photo Review is a monthly discussion that welcomes any and all local photographers of every level with goals to build community, discuss personal projects, and provide constructive critiques. The review is facilitated by FAR staff member and photographer, Chaz Mottinger.
After the reception, enjoy a film screening in partnership with the IU Libraries Moving Image Archive (IULMIA) featuring two 1960s National Educational Television short educational reels with photographer Ansel Adams - made possible by IULMIA Film Digitization Specialist Carmel Curtis.
Huge gratitude: The exhibit and screening are made possible entirely through sponsorship from the City of Bloomington Arts Commission through the BAC Arts Project Grant Award.
